over all is nice for it's price, for the price I thought it would be a lot worse. The room is cleaner than expect. Location and parking is too convenient.

We had stayed in this location before and it was nice times before, but now seems to be getting very dirty and very run down! They need to give the rooms a good clean up! And fix things in the room! Service was very good and friendly, but the rooms themselves are very poor rating!

The hotel is good located and the hotel was one time very high quality equipped. The stuff is friendly and the manager handles complaints confidently and customer-oriented. He finds a reasonable compensation.

The furniture and decor is run down. The cleanliness of the rooms is very poor. There are stains and residues everywhere, which could simply be cleaned wet. There is a thick layer of dust on the carpet (edges and corners). Wallpaper and furniture is partially "repaired" with tape. Overall, the hotel doesn’t keep the standard, which is expected in this category. But otherwise it would generally fail in many areas. Pity about the investments that have been made ...
